A Little Background...
Mindy received her Colorado manicuring license in 1987. She returned to Connecticut
in 1988 and started doing business as Mindyfingers the following year. Also
known as "The Queen of Glitter", Mindy is a
seasoned nail competitor, has won or placed in several competitions, and is a
certified nail competition judge. In 1997 she was selected as the 1st runner-up
for "Nail Technician of the Year" for Nails
Magazine; the following year she was also a runner-up for "World's Top Tech" for
Nailpro Magazine. In
1999 Mindy joined Nailpro's advisory board and began a monthly 'Net Notes column
with that publication. Mindy as well, is a certified instructor for the
Association of Electric File Manufacturers.
